Hi, I'm Katie.
I’m a brand photographer with 17 years of photography experience (I know, right?!) My photography career began in 2008 with a background in photojournalism and has only expanded since.
In 2018, I found myself photographing an event for entrepreneurs, bloggers, and creatives. It was there that I saw a pressing need for photography that showcases both spirit and professionalism. Later that year, I launched my brand photography service, dedicated to capturing the essence of female entrepreneurs and small businesses, providing a photography experience tailored specifically to the needs of women in business.
I picked up a DSLR camera for the first time in 2008 when I joined my high school newspaper. Throughout high school, I shot sports and photojournalism material events, attended workshops and conventions across the country, and won numerous awards for my photographs.
In college, I continued my photojournalism career and served as the Assistant Photo Editor of The BG News at Bowling Green State University. I also worked with individuals and families to capture special moments and milestones as I continued to learn and grow as a photographer.

I live in Canton with my husband, Corey. By day, I work full-time doing social media content creation and management for a marketing agency and by evenings and weekends I run my photography business. When I’m not working or running my business, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, teaching figure skating lessons at my local ice rink, or spending a day at Lake Erie. I am also a pet mom to a cat named Diego and a dog named Ruby.
